Outlandish cover up by the State of Missouri on medical incompetence was only revealed as a result of a law suit.

The State of Missouri hired a physician who was barred from practicing at two hospitals and who had been the subject of a number of malpractice lawsuits. The state hid this fact from everyone. I have to question (as I am sure that someone has already done) if this individual was even licensed to practice any kind of medicine.

Particularly chilling is this miscreant's testimony that he experimented with the dosage of one of the chemicals given to the condemned during their execution and that he was dyslexic.

Not only is this sordid episode an embarrassment, but keep in mind that the State of Missouri went out of its ways to ensure that the identity of executioners would not be released to the public by making it a crime to release such information. State official, including the governor, have engaged in a cover up and have helped an incompetent person defraud the citizens.
